Good Morning Gulo, actually I believe $30m/y is quite doable..Have you priced aggregate lately? I'm paying $22us/ yd delivered for 1 1/2" crushed stone. Throw in sure pack/crush and run,stone dust, rip rap,top soil, etc. and it adds up fast. Add in the lime side of the equation..there is money in rocks<g>, and not much waste..but of course there is risk..;^)DD Pretty chilly here this am -2
