On a day to day basis for us... but the universe works on a different time schedule. Billions and billions of years, with infinite possibilities.

That's why I'm agnostic, hell, look at those pictures. They are of systems a million times the size of our meager experience, and what you are looking at happened a billion earth years ago. Do we have even a slight clue as to whats happening, out there? Do we understand 1/1000th of 1% of the total physics of the universe?

Mankind is less than a speck of dust in the real scheme of "nature". To agrue about Christian vs. Muslim and abortion vs. choice is appropriate and beneficial for human society. But to presume to know, for certain, about what is God, based on our earthly existence, IMHO, is a folly of the highest magnitude.
