That repatriation is not complete as I seem to remember that companies have till the end of this year.

As the treasury only issued full guidance as to the use of the money on Feb. 13, it is probably likely that only a fraction of the $320 Billion has been repatriated by now. We may see further support of the dollar for some time to come. However, I am not sure if this is enough especially if FCBs don’t step up to the plate again pretty soon.
