Correct... and yes, teachers' unions do have a bit too much power sometimes, but a bit of generosity on the part of the districts can go a long way towards easing the teachers' reliance on the unions.

Thank you for saying that but I have to get accepted into grad school first. Damn, the good times I had as an undergrad fraternity boy........it didn't help my GPA! ;~)
