He was tossing people out repeatedly simply because they had the audacity to disagree with him politically. I was questioning his bannings since his own rules at the time allowed no such bannings. THAT is what got him would up. For legal reasons, you would want the original text available. "laura bush", for example, threatened to sue SI over her termination. Having v=copies of all those posts of hers that were deleted and that led up to her termination would be highly desirable had she done so. I did not say I was offended by JLA's words. I said they violated Chinu's own rules at that time and he did not ban her for them. And I am not going to nam him for anything he says on another thread. If you care to apply that rule, you are dead meat, because it would appear you got another threadhead to ban you. Just because you need to have the bile spewed on your thread to effect a banning That is the rule that is applied across the site. Exceptions do happen, but they are rare. doesn't mean that Chinu is bound by the same rules. I didn't say he was. I said lb violated his rules and I was banned and not she.
