nspolar - yeah, my take on that is that he probably just has nothing new to add since he recommended increasing exposure to the sector a little while back. As you know, he keeps his eyes on the distant horizon and does not attempt to work short-term moves. When you're driving an aircraft carrier, you can't try to run it like a Boston Whaler...
