I wonder what the fair market value of an elderly jar of zucchini in sunflower oil is? I think it should be very high. Little greyhaired, bearded zucchinis are surely a rarity. A collector's item. I should sell them on eBay. I am curious about the ItsDeductible software. We give tons of stuff every month to various charities. Either you give away amazing things that I wish you would give to me, or I am grossly underestimating the values of stuff... Since you have confessed, I will also. I adore anchovies.
