This discussion of MSFT has prompted me to re-visit another large cap tech I owned at one time - CSCO.

To me, CSCO seems like a better bet at this time. Trades at a smaller multiple, one that is at the low end of its historical realm. The forecasts for growth for CSCO are substantially higher than MSFT. MSFT growth forecasts are just slightly higher than the flat line.

One advantage for MSFT, a small one IMHO, is that it pays a dividend.
