Bush: Derelict in duty during Vietnam, 911, Iraq and everything else that he gets his slimy little fingers into.

After all, he didn't want the 911 Commission to begin with and then appointed its members.

Lest we forget, he really wanted:

"...President Bush appointed Henry Kissinger on Wednesday to lead an independent investigation of the government's failure to prevent the Sept. 11 attacks, instructing the former secretary of state to "follow all the facts wherever they lead."...

Here's what President PartyTime would have done! [NOTE: I didn't know the 52 FAA warnings existed until the past couple of weeks, because those reports were withheld from the public--thus, these documents didn't exist at the time the below was written.]

It's those dang liberals in Hollywood in 1996 who thought about 'hijacking aircraft and flying them in to buildings.' Well, ok, it's about Middle Eastern terrorists hijacking an airplane to detonate a belly full of nerve gas into Washington DC but what did Bush and Rice want, a complete manual?

--- They are both such liars.
