This might explain the move up this last week by Benguet (BENGF (US-traded)), a Philippino-owned miner and industrial conglomerate.

Another possibility is they may be getting closer to getting re-listed on the OTC. They've been having trouble converting their accounting to more-rigorous US standards, so they had fallen onto the Pinks a number of months ago.
