What's most disturbing is that all four are a significant part of the group of economic power nations that now are just starting to emerge in the world. Their potential for further economic growth is much greater than ours and could eclipse us in 50 years. Plus, China, Brazil and Russia are believe to be some of the few remaining nations with large reserves in certain important natural resources like oil.
