That one sounds interesting. Any idea whether retail investors can get in on the IPO equity + warrant offering?

Services Acquisition Corp. International completed its IPO today, selling 15 million units at $8 per unit. The gross proceeds totaled $120 million, significantly higher than the $40 million the company was looking to raise when it filed its initial S-1 in February. There is no word yet as to whether or not the underwriter has exercised its over-allotment option.

The securities are to be listed on the American Stock Exchange. The units (SVI-U) opened at $8.05 and closed the day at $8.00. The common stock (SVI) and warrants (SVI-WS) are not yet trading.
