As Clinton proved on the Beck ruling, laws and court rulings are meaningless if the Administration refuses to enforce them. Hopefully the military enforced it on DARPA grants.

What a lot of people don't understand is that the Uniform Code of Military Justice is Federal Law. Contained therein are provisions that engaging in homosexual acts while a member of the Armed Forces is a violation of the UCMJ and thus a violation of Federal Law. These yutzes seem to think that its some kind of Administration policy or something.
