Ted, And here we have an American like yourself.......a well informed, educated one at that......who doesn't want to bite the bullet and believes Kyoto is screwing America. Kyoto is indeed screwing America. The difference is that you think Americans deserve it. And you don't! LOL. It always takes more than a couple of posts to get you to admit the truth. Did you ever hear of the term passive/aggressive? As for "biting the bullet," I really don't think even you have what it takes to bite the bullet. And I don't expect you to, either. Sucker, I already have. And you too will have to get off your diet of fat one of these days. The porking will come to end probably sooner rather than later whether you want it or not. ted
