Good false premise, but hardly original. The idea that somebody who's openly gay can be "outed", by the "liberal media" or anybody else, is one of those unique conservative "facts and logic" things that people mired in conventional reality have trouble grasping.

Now Joe Wilson's wife, that's another story in the outing department, quite literally a federal offense in my understanding. My understanding is that the never-mistaken war president's quest for the "truth" in that matter is going about as well as all his other truth-seeking operations.

Nadine,
You are defending (making excuses for) something here that isnt worth defending. Stick to the big issues. They are all out of the woodwork today on FADG. They finally have a "Win", no pun intended. And Bush smoked grass--the shame, the shame. mike

>>"Would anybody in the media have outed him if he had been a liberal reporter, like the rest of the room?"<<

Gee, see if you can find one who has gay porn websites, uses an alias and asks lame left wing softball questions in the WH press briefings and during Presidential press conferences. Hopefully he will even work for moveon.org.
