This time around, the reason for the extremely high profit for corporations has been due to outsourcing and the exploitation of cheap labor around the world especially in China. I doubt this is the case with the previous example, which was due to the pricing power and demand.

The current case results in an overcapacity around the world like never before, and it will not go on much longer.

I read that this year, the rural migrate labor who are willing to go to GuangDong (where most of sweatshops in the China located) has been down 7.5% comparing to the same time last year, even though Guangdong this year has cancelled the so-called entry restriction for rural migrate labor.
