If you want to read the converse of Ann read Al Franken's LIES AND THE LYING LIARS WHO TELL THEM. When you pit one against the other the only thing I have to commend Franken for doing is his documentation.. I don't think Ann does this.She shoots from the hip with her own opinions and pejorative humor... Al is not so pejorative but comes across with his footnotes and Indexing as being more factual. The following statement that you make is applicable to BOTH SIDES. Now, don't tell me you love Franken .. You are probably correct in that. I read her second book, Slander. Her ability to debunk the left on a pedestrian level is awesome. There is nothing surprising about the left's hate of her. When you tease a tiger, it attacks. The leftwingnut media is driven nuts by her ability to debunk their inaccuracies and bias. Franken does the same thing... The rightwingnuts are driven nuts by his ability to debunk their falsehoods, hype and evasive reporting that give only the favorable side to the administration.
