I can certainly agree with that, but I do not agree that that segment of the Miami residential real estate market will sustain values there. While inflations usually means increasing real estate prices in general, I'm not so sure they can much longer continue up from here. By the way, my alias, ValuePro, hangs on from my former career of thirty years as a real estate analyst. I don't know Miami all that well, but I can wish you good luck.
