Healthcare policy was a disaster under Clinton -- thanks to his wife. But make no mistake, he did not simply inherit a well-poised economy. Clinton did what he needed to do on the economy because he is smart and saw how cutting the deficit would unleash the economy -- and he was right on the money. It won't happen in a day, but Bush has enacted policies that are leading to ruinous deficits and shattering the value of the dollar. The horrible consequences of eight years of Bush will last a lifetime for younger Americans.
