I would say that we don't know much about the evolutionary aspects of anything. After all, there were lots of dinos around until there...weren't.

Considering how stupidly we act around nuclear weapons and Krispy Kremes, we might just be an evolutionary dead end. A few hundreds of thousands of years and we could just be...poof.

And, oh, by the way, they're not neccessarily only humans--lol!

Another areas that's confusing for some human--especially of the GOPwinger variety--is that both humans and animals seek out intoxcation, elephants to plants or bees to honey, etc.

But, "gawd-darn-it, we're just gonna legislate our way right through all the seamy stuff--ain't wez?"
