Hi Sergio,

I guess since I used to work for a bank I have a fairly good understanding of their business and the subsequent marriage with top of the line technology. There are no sellers because most that own it understand the advantage and won't give it up (nor will I). Those in the private sector that understand how to take advantage of CLNB's platform can lead the marketplace by at least 2 yrs.

As far as GNPI, lol, yeah, they have a licensing agreement with IFILM and will be releasing the first 2 offerings on March 15. The GNPI story is a little difficult to tell. There is almost too much. For 2004, the expectation is a 500+% increase in revenues to ~$18 million. For 2005, at least double that, and from what I hear, that might be low. This company has been a money loser for many years, however I am 99% sure that will change with the 1Q05 results and going forward.

Bottomline, the technical and fundamental picture are converging and the stock is poised to break out. Just hoping my chart projection remains on TGT. (pun intended)

Amigo Mike
