That is a bit like apples and oranges.

A better question is "Why Saddam?" (an Iraqi) when Kim Jong-Il provides a better justification for action with his known nuclear program. Oh, right:

1) No Oil
2) Missiles can only hit West Coast BLUE states.

The likely influenza pandemic is abstract and requires one to understand and/or believe scientists. We know that is an impediment that the Bush Administration has great difficulty overcoming. I'm looking for areas where the Bush administration is correct on scientific matters. They must be able to beat a broken clock, right?
