Haven't we created in essence hyperinflation the past 3 years in commodities and housing with record accomodation by the fed that are actually worse than the 1970's when you also factor in the distortion and manipulation in the CPI since then? Yes flat wages and rents along with still record low interest rates and historic high sin debt levels everywhere we look makes this time dramatically different.
