Lynn Swann will begin touring Pennsylvania in a build-up to a possible challenge to Ed Rendell. rendall put a budget together this coming year.. left out any money for mass transportation which is dying in philly and pittsburgh.. and he left out any money for medicare which is running in the red big time. Why, he is already running for re-election and doesn't want to increase taxes.. he would rather have the republicans put through a tax increase. funny how bush gets publicity about leaving Iraq money off budget yet. democrat gov of pa does same thing by leaving very large items off budget.
