The second plane would have slammed into the White House. And if the WTC was really a terrorist target, the third and fourth planes would have hit it in the confusion, and done so sometime after 9:30 when the stock market was open and everyone had reported for work. An anonymous call from someone who knew all the secret passwords can hardly be considered "credible". It might provide a public excuse to explain why Bush fiddled, while Rome burned, but that's about it.
