Thats ok. You make excellent points. But i maintain that none of the good stuff happens in a depression although for example interest rates would have been just as low. But there would have far many more folks out of work and the economy would have totally stalled so where do the homebuyers come from? You need to consider that and be a little more open minded to understand the context better.
