Neolib, It is still too isolated IMO. Hence the reason JF said, "The risk from our "domestic terrorists" is probably 10,000X foreign terrorists." Which I agree with somewhat, except that if terrorism proves to be a successful method of political "coersion," it may become less and less isolated. Morlocks, anyone? Actually, as near as I can tell, given the human population at 6B+ and how well interconnected society is, human evolution is at a standstill. Biologically speaking, that may be true, but the new type of "evolution" is through information and ideas. But then, that's another topic ... Tenchusatsu
