Bush made the ME LESS stable. Of COURSE they're all scrambling to get nuclear weapons (like the thousands we have, and the hundreds the Israelis have) - Bush has demonstrated that having nuclear weapons will give them some negotiating clout, and if they DON'T have them, they may be invaded by the new Crusader, Dumbya. His ACTIONS work directly against his stated goals. Iraq was the farthest from aquiring nuclear weapons of his whole "Axis of Evil" - yet he invaded Iraq!
