No it doesn't. To say that implies that the Federal government, both Dem and Rep, have lied to me for my entire life, while I was paying in. Do you subscribe to that? And if so, why do you have any faith in anything the US government says (including Bush, of course).

They owe me the money, period. It's no less a debt than your mortgage or credit card charge. The fact that Bush can't handle a budget, and gives excessive tax breaks to the rich is not my problem. I fulfilled my part of the bargain.

What do you mean?! Are you talking about after the trust find dries up (presuming there isn't another adjustment to the payroll taxes) or before ?
