ABSOLUTELY RIGHT! Start with State & Federal representatives, White House, and then take advantage of News outlets; radio, TV, newspapers, Cable TV; Fox anchors, CNN, etc. To the gov't agencies, copy news outlets correspondence and to the news outlets, copy gov't agency correspondence. Raise hell. Good Luck.

Yes, believe it or not I have flood insurance, and I'm on the 15th floor..but you have to carry it in case the building is undermined..
