Idealistic Mike supports 2 China also but Realist Mike can't. I have a tough time reconciling my support for "democratic" Israel and ambivalence to "democratic" Taiwan. And then there are some on the left who are anti-Israel, anti-Taiwan but pro-Kosovo. I guess thats because the israelis are viewed as oppressors, the chinese as the commies who succeeded, and the Kosovo Albanians as successful Palestinians. Speaking of spin, eh??? Your posts have been great. I appreciate the fair and balanced way you approach issues. You have created a propaganda free zone and its welcome here. Mike
