Actually, he might be looking at the odd connections between the Memos-Hannity-Guckert. You know, Guckert, your gay prostitute and boyfriend of Rove/McClellan?

Remember him? Just $1200/weekend for all you closeted Republican gayblades.

Gannon scoop shows White House Forged TANG/CBS memos?!?!

It now appears that Jeff Gannon could be the thread that unravels the real story behind the TANG/CBS forgeries. I have put together a case here that if looked at carefully by the blogosphere would show that the TANG forgeries were made by the White House, probably Dan Bartlett, and then given to Bill Burkett by a former associate of Karl Rove, Roger Stone. Stone's wife, Nydia, who is Cuban, was most likely the Hispanic lady on the phone who convinced Burkett the documents were real and that he should burn them after copying them to protect her honor.

The hot rumor in New York political circles has Roger Stone, the longtime GOP activist, as the source for Dan Rather's dubious Texas Air National Guard "memos."
. . .
Reached at his Florida home, Stone had no comment. [NY Post]

Gannon was apparently used by the White House to ID Mapes as the CBS producer and to try and conflate the Abu Ghraib photos she revealed as sourceless as the TANG docs.

It's not looney to assume the worst about Karl Rove.
His playbook is straight out of the bad old days of the CIA and FBI, or the KGB, including planting false flag stories and evidence and plenty of smear and fear campaigns. Remember the lying SwiftVets and the phony terrorist scares before the election? That's Karl Rove at work.

The Rather story was true, but the source was wrong. The whole thing smelt of a big set-up. In any crime, ask yourself "who gains?", and you probably have the guilty party. Maybe rushed and sloppy reporting but Bush did indeed use family influence to avoid war. That's an obvious fact.

Now we see even worse things about Bush, that he may indeed be faking his whole born again Christianity, just an act. His policies are very much against Jesus's teachings. Jesus taught to give to the poor, love neighbors, love enemies, protect God's creations, be a peacemaker and never be a hypocrite. Jesus was about loving everyone. Bush is about dividing everyone and using fear and hatred to polarize and conquer. Mostly for the big oil and related agendas. And look at the price of your gas these days? No coincidence. All manipulated according to plan.

Rove probably did plant the Rather phony evidence. Rove is famous for planting phony evidence and blaming it on his opponent. In the Gov. Clements race in Texas, Rove called in the media right before the big debate and pointed to a hidden bug he'd found in his office. The media naturally blamed his opponent. But the FBI tested the thing and found it only had a 6-hour batter and that only 2 hours of the bettery life had been used. Thus, Rove must have planted it two hours before the FBI came over.

See the movie "Bush's Brain". It will wake you up. Rove is a real dirty trickster, and also he always smears his opponent, like the Swiftvets, using a third party group to do his dirty work for him then getting them paid through another friend. The Smearvets (I call them) were a Rove dirty trick. Woith the help of Tom DElay and some extremist rightwing veterans.
