Ah Ralph - now the question is the outcome. Will adjustments occur within a free market frame work that enable a solution - perhaps not smooth - but none-the-less a market driven solution. As the adjustments take place the question that occurs is who are the winners and the loosers. If you look at economic growth in Europe and their demographic trends one finds it very difficult to see Europe as a winner. It will be interesting to watch. Let the markets rule and may we profit from the trends that arise. Bob
