How are you feeling? The flu is going around! I went to a meeting and washed my hands several times, to stay away from catching it! I cannot believe the coughing going on! So far, I've been able to stay well! :)Seriously, I read in an article wash your hands frequently and I began doing it, at conventions! I guess I am a magnet to shake hands and I have been able to be healthy by following that rule! The article also said to use your own pens etc. and so, I have found that using precautions is good! :) I have a somewhat compromised immune system and those simple precautions allow me to stay really healthy!
