Why would that bother you unless you lived there? And if you lived there and it bothered you that badly, why wouldn't you just leave?

You may remember this document, the Constitution, that calls for states to govern themselves?

Like the states where a bar or restaurant owner isn't allow to decide if there should be smoking or no smoking, but the State tells him/her what to do with their own private business
