Based on them supposedly having new 90nm designs coming out in 2006. If 65nm is due H106, then they wouldn't be doing that.

Huh? It's possible to start ramping some new parts on 65nm while delivering others on 90nm. It's risk management. The new 130nm FX-55 and 4000+ launched after 90nm parts had started shipping, for example.
