Possibly concerns over consumer spending - Greenspan spoke last week and addressed a valid concern over consumers not saving enough money.

Unlike Congress(*), there is a direct relationship between consumer savings and consumer spending.

(*) Greenspan just prints the 'kids' in Congress more money to spend. Why doesn't he just say "no" like a good parent would do ?
