Clinton had a policy that didn't include invading Iraq. Bush is the one that massed the troops, ordered the UN inspectors out (when they were delivering the truth, there WAS no WMD) and invaded the country. Review some of Robert Greenwald's documentaries - all he does is show ALL the appearances of the Bush admin talking heads pimping the war. It's blood and chaos that's on their hands. Others share the shame of not objecting enough, but the Bushies were the initiators of the war.
