In my county, 90% of the people get county trash pick up, the charge is added to their property tax bill. Ten percent (my self include) have to pay a private contractor to pick it up. A couple of years ago the politicians put a bill out for a vote, which said the people who have private pick up will now have to pay for public pick up even though they will get NO public pick up. They love taxes, they told the 90% that this might lower their tax(it never did, nor was it ever going to) guess what the vote was, 90-10. Now I pay the county for trash pick-up that they don't pick up. Taxation without trash pick-up. Ain't mob rule great
