ALAN: There was, as of Jan.15, nearly 500k shares short...that makes me feel so bad when they get caught. LOL

If I recall correctly the Ohio RFP that ALAN is proposing for is due at the end of Feb. with review and award due in the first to mid part of March. This is a 700 inmate facility and, while the RFP is a pilot, it is another open door.
