Sergio, Not sure that GNPI is actually purchasing AVCS but rather a subsidiary. GNPI does have goal for exchange listing as soon as possible. Acquisition will double revenues immediately. Hoping there is an immediate reduction in redundancies when acquisition is completed. Chart not yet overbought, but tough call as to how acquisition announcement may effect stock price. Stock will appear on technical scans probably tomorrow night. Golden Cross scans for sure. Expect more news over next 4-6 weeks. Huge launch expectation with TV Guide next week and more ...........
