Re: Yonah will be fine at Winstone and Linux compilations, but it just is not a good overall CPU, as Anand's recent expose` made clear. 533 FSB is 3 steps back in memory+I/O bandwidth, expecially for a dual-core CPU.

Yonah is supposed to be 667MHz FSB. The Anandtech review was limited to single channel 355MHz DDR. Dual channel DDR-667 will provide 3.75 times as much bandwidth as the Dothan had in that review. The extra bandwidth would be mostly wasted on Dothan but should be quite a bit more useful on the dual core Yonah.
