They didn't. In fact, I can't find where 65nm is mentioned at all. That usually isn't a good sign...


You're not looking very hard then.

Try slide 150: "65nm process installed in mid-2005, production shipments in H1 2006."

Doug, as mentioned previously to Doug you might want to see slide 147 as well that mentioned 65nm SRAM development vehicles exceeding plans. Though it hardly says enough it's slightly more than nothing at all.
