Deals and great values are all over in the rural areas up north and most of the midwest but just not in the coastal bubble markets where many of us on this board seem to live...lol

I remember going to LA in June of 2002 and seeing $400K small old ranch houses on tiny lots and thinking that was out of control. Now we have similar prices in South Florida after doubling in 2 and a half years. Those LA ranches are maybe $650-700k now.
