Cruise ships are the current BAIN of civilization and are allowed to dump untold TONS of Garbage into OUR OCEANS.... once they are a few miles off shore they start dumping The people who are on them come into shore and spend money ONLY with those people connected with the cruise ships. They do not spend money on hotels and go to very specific restaurant sites generally.
