I drive a fair amount and a lot of it is on our infamous I-95. Personally, from what I have observed what causes far more accidents then speeding are people darting in and out among cars in traffic and passing on the right. Recently the S. Fla eastern counties have begun to crack down on drivers swerving in and out of cars and I think thats a good thing. jdn
