Actually they have been struggling for a while now. They had a lot of old stores in bad neighborhoods. They also had grungy looking stores compared to Publix and a poor meat selection. I think super Walmarts put the last nail in the coffin. Not to mention the clubs. Albertsons in FL looks like they are in the same boat but they are supposely offering cheaper prices NOW. After comparing super Walmart to the others, looks like they beat them by 20-30% over all in price.
