They all dump trash. Fishermen, tankers, pleasure boats, long distance ferries, transporters, cargo ships.

All of them.

I don't see how to stop them.

Maybe science can find a way?

reminds of my youth swimming where the boston sewage outflow would come into the beach.

got so bad at times we went to swim in the marsh areas next to the municipal dump. Dump took all the trash from communities around boston and burned it to generate steam and sold the steam to General Electric right across the Saugus river.
