Ya...it's like the girl who bought her first lottery ticket and only one. She won one of the largest jackpots ever. Of course she was a redneck! Why are they the only one who win?

Wasn't there a case recently (Illinois?) where some guy had his ticket checked to see if he had won $40. The clerk checked and no he didn't win $40, so he threw the dead stub away. Woman found it and as was her habit, picked it up and went inside the lottery place to check it. It was something like a $100,000 or more winner. There is probably a really mad guy with a gun out hunting for the lottery clerk about now.
