Ray, did you understand the first item, being given one at a time? Correlation versus causation.

That is, the fact that the ozone layers appear when it's really cold over the poles, isn't because it's cold. It's because there isn't any sunlight creating ozone from oxygen, so those naughty CFCs gobble up ozone. It's the, "While the cat's away, the mice will play principle".

Once we have that sorted out, we can move on to tsunamis, greenhouse effect, H5N1 and so on.
